BAD HABIT IN, BAD HABIT OUT

I have been fighting a harsh battle with myself lately.  It really sucks to be going back and forth with bad habits.  I definitely have some great goals to accomplish this year and these bad habits are hurting me.

My diet is what has been haunting me mostly.  I am messing up on very easy steps of meal prepping and proper portioning.  I got to get more strict and be willing to go the extra mile like I have always done.

I had to write this as a journal entry to let myself know, it’s diet butt kicking time.
