I TURNED DOWN FREE PIZZA
So today was a big win for me, I successfully turned down free pizza. Now for many others that is not a big deal, but for the ones who knows when they just making new life goals and changes and you don’t want to do something and did it, it’s a great feeling. Let me get this straight, I love pizza. I also love donuts, coffee, cake, cookies, beer, rice, burgers, bread, soda and candy. In many aspects, those things are bad for you, in the scene of sugar, and all these health problems, weight problems, and addiction it may cause.
But all these foods are easily accessible, in which makes us consume them in higher dosage in our diet. Now I am doing a diet shift, in which I want to eat more of other things I love too. I love to eat/drink, yogurt, tuna, fish, chicken, broccoli, sweet potatoes, green peas, spinach, apples, blueberries, strawberries, peanuts, sunflower seeds, water, juices, wine, and tons more things, that happens to be super healthy and actually taste amazing as well.
So you can see based on the context, I am on a path of replacing good food with good food. So it’s a win-win, for me and my health and long-term fun of just eating all types of food.
