A HEARTFELT TOUCH

You saw me standing,
Alone,
You came by,
You mumbled a few words,
Then said bye,
Before leaving,
You laid your hand on my shoulders,
I couldn’t hold back my tears,
What you said was everything,
And will be remembered for the rest of my years.
