If you do something well, why not repeat the action?
In order to create a habit we tend to repeat various actions,
So why are you not repeating what you do well?
Are you afraid of being great at it and effective?
Go be great…
Think of sleeping early get up early well rested…
Don’t that sound like a PLUS?
What about exercising daily and eating right,
If done often doesn’t that lead to a healthy LIFE?
