Cheating - cheat sheet

Life has a lot of distractions.  So having a cheat sheet handy to stay on track is a cool thing to have on you for those moments you are tempted to do something you don’t want to.  A cheat sheet to fitness, a cheat sheet to dieting/eating, even a cheat sheet to relieving stress is a key element we all need in life.  My number one cheat sheet to have is my “What Makes Me Smile” cheat sheet.
